The Sky Mantra
The Sky mantra is a traditional Indian mantra connecting to the Sky element and to Shiva, the male aspect of the divine energy.
It can bring about calm and peace just like the endless and silent sky does. Repeated often the Sky mantra can help to calm down anxiety, stress, fear and nervousness.
Hearing and/or chanting the mantra often can help you to stay calm in challenging situations and the ups and downs of everyday life will bother you less.
Through using this mantra, especially over longer periods of time, you may experience more stillness and peace in your mind and an increased sense of connection with others and with creation.
How to get the most out of this recording:
Play it in your room or house to clear and calm the environment.
Play it for your children to calm them down or to help them fall asleep, or for their enjoyment.
Listen to it while you go about the activities of your day, like playing, learning, relaxing, doing dishes, homework, cleaning, and whatever else you may do.
Sit comfortably or lay down and listen to the mantra while having an intention for healing, or for something you would like to achieve.
Listen to it while you fall asleep.
Learn the words and sing with it while you listen.
Once you know the words, chant the mantra inwardly, setting an intention before you start.
If you learn the mantra by heart you can chant it while going for walks in the nature. This is a very beautiful and powerful way of connecting with the energies of this beautiful creation we all are a part of.
The energy of this mantra is just for you. It is not used with the intention of healing others.
